"Sushi Samba" is my new favorite

The best new restaurant in Las Vegas is Sushi Samba, located at the Palazzo-on the second level. Dramatic 16-foot ceilings, swirling sculptural "ribbons" and a brilliant Mondrian-inspired glass facade evoke the spirit and energy of Carnaval, while signature dishes and cocktails capture the vibrancy and flavors of Brazil, Japan and Peru. I sat at the bar and was served by the bartender Danielle-I ordered a fresh Watermelon & Belvadere Martini, though it isnt on the menu that was no problem for Danielle-she is terrific and the menu is a clever mix of Sushi, Seafood and Seviche with a Latin twist.
