"Sushi Samba" is my new favorite

The best new restaurant in Las Vegas is Sushi Samba, located at the Palazzo-on the second level. Dramatic 16-foot ceilings, swirling sculptural "ribbons" and a brilliant Mondrian-inspired glass facade evoke the spirit and energy of Carnaval, while signature dishes and cocktails capture the vibrancy and flavors of Brazil, Japan and Peru.
