Bruno Mars Pleads Guilty To Possession Charge

Grammy winning pop singer and songwriter Bruno Mars plead guilty to Cocaine possession Wednesday in Las Vegas District Court. The singer was arrested at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in September after being detained by hotel security in a mens bathroom where an attendant had reported suspicious activity. He was booked into county jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept. says the singer was carrying 2.6 grams of cocaine.Mars, whose real name is Peter Hernandez, was placed on one year of informal probation. Pamela Anderson filed a lawsuit seeking $1,000,000 in damages from her former flame and Panorama Towers developer Laurence Hallier, chairman of Hallier Properties LLC. The blonde bombshell claims that she inked a deal back in 2006 to promote the property after purchasing a 2-bedroom penthouse unit with more than 2,000 square feet and views of the Strip facing north, south and east.When the unit was not ready on time she says Hallier offered to pay her a million in cash.
