High Roller Martini
The Capital Grille, Las Vegas
$1,000
This pinstripe restaurant chain boasts a $1000 martini for each of its 27 locales, each paired with a different piece of Lagos jewelry. The Gotham Martini comes with a strand of pearls; The High Roller, named for the Vegas Strip, includes a diamond pave ring. For each cocktail sold, about $500 goes to Share our Strength, a charity that battles hunger around the globe.

For the perfect Ménage a Trois, Cristal Rosé, Hennessy Ellipse and Grand Marnier Cent-cinquantenaire are combined with 23-karat gold flakes and liquid gold syrup. At Tryst, the $3,000 libation is sipped through a golden straw studded with a 9-point diamond -- yours to keep.

The quaff of royals? At $1,000 a drink, quite possibly. BOA's King Richard's Pride consists of Hennessy Richard, Dom Perignon Rosé 1996 and Chambord Liqueur Royale de France, splashes of lime and cranberry juices and one orange slice, all served in a keepsake Baccarat cocktail glass. Find it, fittingly, at the Forum Shops at Caesars.
